The House is surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery on the Island.

Set in its own lovely, two acre gardens, the house nestles at the foot of the famous Undercliff on the sea-ward side of the village, with St. Boniface Down rising magnificently 800 feet on the northern side, thus en-suring a mild, almost sub-tropical climate.
There is excellent walking along the coast or across the downs, and the famous Landslip walk starts in Bonchurch itself.

The House, originally called Orchard Leigh, was built around 1820. Victorian bays were added when fashionable and extensions have been built at various times up to 1968. It still retains a charm of days gone by and the main house still retains a country house atmosphere.
We have four comfortable lounges to relax in, bar, main lounge, a tv lounge and a sun lounge leading to the terrace. The House interior, of course, is totally non smoking. Smoking is permitted in the grounds..

We have 20 bedrooms, all non-smoking, all with en-suite facilities.
10 rooms are in the main house on the 1st floor.
8 rooms are in the new wing annexe - 4 on the ground floor and 4 on the 1st floor.
2 rooms are in the coachman's cottage, both with bath and village outlook.
