For our breakfast we use Sausages and Bacon locally produced by our butcher Billy at WA FOODS Shanklin Isle of Wight.
We use happy hen free range eggs. They live at Brownrigg farm in Godshill where they roam freely on pasture land every day.
Our milk comes from Rew Valley dairies, originally from Ventnor, but now in Arreton. We don’t know these 3 personally, but we do drink their milk
Although it is difficult and sometimes more expensive, we do try and source other foodstuffs we use for breakfast, as much as possible from local Isle of Wight producers.
